    System Analyst

Role & responsibilities:
•   Analysis, Preparation of Technical Design, Complex Coding, Unit Testing, Technical and Product Reviews & Application Support
•   The design, creation, testing and documentation of new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards.
•   Ensure client satisfaction as per the stated expectations in assigned areas of responsibility
•   Establish and maintain operational methods, procedures, and facilities in assigned area of responsibility, and review them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency.
•   Ensure Day-to-day operations are executed successfully and effectively, adhering to defined processes & procedures.
•   Maintain and manage knowledge base in the area of responsibility in terms of improving service efficiency.

Mandatory Skills
•   Oracle Database 10g
•   Oracle Developer Suite (Forms, Reports)
•   Oracle Designer
•   PL/SQL programming language
•   Client interaction

Preferred Skills
•   Linux
•   Unix Shell script language
•   Jdeveloper

Special knowledge/skills required:
•   Function Point Analysis
•   Excellent communication skills, analytical / reasoning and quantitative skills.

Personal attributes/competencies required:
•   Good team player.
•   Resources may require traveling onsite for three months to one year; hence it is mandatory to posses a valid passport and willingness to travel.
•   On roational basis ready to work on deferred shift and ready to provide support on weekend & public holidays
